How to order?

Order options

You can order online or send us your order by fax. In case you need an offer in writing before ordering, please use our contact form to ask for it - you will receive our offer usually within one business day.

Purchase VAT-free

In order to purchase VAT-free, your company must reside a) outside of the EU or b) within the EU but outside of Austria. In case b) and in order that the shop will not charge VAT, you must enter your valid VAT number during online ordering into the VAT field. Otherwise the shop will charge you 20% Austrian VAT.

Payment and next steps

For online orders you can pay through Paypal or through bank transfer. For both types of payment, after the payment you don't need to take further actions like e-mailing us your bank's approval as we check daily our bank account for paid orders. Should your bank transfer payment take not arrive within the expected time, we will then contact you and inform you.
