Right of Withdrawal

For business customers a return of a purchased item is only possible if this has been agreed before or if we have delivered the wrong items. However, we offer many options before purchasing, to evaluate the suitability of the products for your needs:

Product Demonstrations: after appointment, you can test in our office in Vienna most of the offered products.
Sample Evaluation: for units with main function the image acquisition (such as our USB microscopes) you can send us samples of your products by parcel and pre-mark the relevant areas on the object for capturing. We will return you test images by email in order to evaluate the image quality.
Equipment Rental : for some products, there is the possibility to hire them. If you decide to purchase them, the rental fee will be 100% refunded.
