Delivery Time and Shipping Partners

In-stock items are commonly ready for delivery 1-2 working days from receipt of your payment. If not in stock, the delivery time applies displayed in the product details page. Our deliveries are processed by parcel services (UPS, FedEx or PostAG). In exceptional cases, such as for fragile or dangerous products, deliveries are performed by freight forwarders.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs vary depending on weight of shipment, delivery address, nature of the delivery (parcel / freight) and for deliveries outside the EU by the export processing fees. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed before you finally confirm your order according to the above parameters.

VAT-free Purchase

In order to purchase without VAT charge you must be an EU company located outside of Austria or have a billing and shipping address outside of the EU (e.g. Switzerland). In the former case, please enter the VAT number of your company during the order process into the VAT number field - the system will then not add VAT. In the second case, no VAT will be added by the system during the ordering process. Otherwise the current Austrian VAT rate will be added to the net amount.
