Description
This stand is our demonstration unit, which is in perfect condition but without its original packaging. The reason for selling it is that we have installed the successor model, the RK10-FS, in our demonstration room. Below you will find a description of the original unit. The first photo in the product photo series is the original shot of the demonstration unit.
The Dino-Lite RK-10A is a sturdy and stable high-end stand solution that can be used with all the professional Dino-Lite models. It is constructed of resilient stainless steel and lightweight aluminum and offers a very precise fine-focus adjustment as well as a quick release function. Ist dimensions are 15cm (B) x 22cm (L) x 23cm (H).
Adjusting the Working Distance
The RK-10A provides a very accurate adjustment of the working distance / viewing angle and a particularly helpful quick-release function. The quick-release button on the stand enables fast and practical vertical movement (corresponds to the coarse drive of a standard microscope). For the fine adjustment of the working distance, a rotary knob on the top of the stand ensures a very exact adjustment of the working distance, which is very helpful especially with high magnification. This corresponds to the fine coarse of a standard microscope. Finally, the RK-10A also has a safety stop so that the microscope cannot hit the sample.
Flexibility of the Arms
The adjustable horizontal arm has a length of 15 cm with 360 ° rotation and the additional arm RK-10-EX (included) increases the effective range for viewing larger objects. With these features, the RK-10A is the ideal accessory for precise alignment and placement for maximum productivity and ease of use in a wide range of industrial, research, and laboratory environments.
