The UHD-2 set is our complete darkfield system with LED technology and a Tucsen camera that delivers UHD (Ultra High Definition, 3840x2160 pixels) resolution. It offers vital blood observation through the eyepieces as well as live view and the ability to record images and videos through the integrated camera. It is the recommended choice for users who value the highest image quality in this price range.

The included camera has three outputs: an HDMI output for direct connection to a monitor (recommended operating mode), a USB output for optional use with a Windows PC and an Ethernet output for special applications where access is required via a local Network (LAN). HDMI mode gives you the highest frame rate. In this mode, images and videos are recorded on the included USB memory stick, which is easily removable from the camera, and can later be transferred to the computer or played back directly from the camera to the monitor - the camera has an image gallery function with the option to play back images /videos!

The microscope camera adapter included in the set has a built-in focusing ring. By adjusting the focusing ring, the image is displayed sharply through the eyepieces and on the screen at the same time and therefore no annoying readjustment is necessary. This adjustment would not be possible with cheaper adapters without a focusing capability.

Dark field microscope OPTIKA B-510DK

The OPTIKA B-510DK darkfield microscope belongs to the OPTIKA 500 series; This product series includes models with excellent performance designed for laboratory use. It is ultra-modern (dark field condenser with LED technology), robust (die-cast frame), ergonomic and designed for vital blood testing. It can also be combined with third-party microscopes and SLR cameras by using adapters (not included).

Tucsen 4K PRO microscope camera

The Tucsen 4K PRO model is the right choice for users who, on the one hand, have very high demands in terms of image quality and, on the other hand, want to be flexible in terms of system compatibility. Good image quality is guaranteed by the built-in SONY IMX334(C) CMOS color image sensor, which enables recordings in a resolution of 3840 x 2160. In terms of compatibility, this microscope camera can be operated both with and without a PC and can be used in the following operating modes: HDMI (without PC) or USB (with Windows PC) or Ethernet (with Windows PC).

The most important functions of the camera can be found below - not all of them are relevant for darkfield applications, but many of our customers sometimes also use the included brightfield condenser for other areas of application. Please note that functions marked with (*) are only available using the included Windows software - and not in pure HDMI mode.

Multi-signal output: The camera can either be connected directly to an HDMI monitor (via the HDMI port, without a PC in between) or alternatively to a PC (via the USB port). In both modes, the camera offers high frame rates to track and record microscopic movements. The camera can also be used in mixed mode by working on the PC and also transmitting the image to a second HDMI monitor via the HDMI output.



Built-in Mouse Control (HDMI operating mode): the included mouse is connected to the USB port on the camera. You can then use the mouse to operate the on-screen display menu and use it to take pictures and videos and make all camera settings - without a PC or software installation!

Video recording on USB memory stick (HDMI operating mode): Videos/images can be recorded in 4K quality directly onto the removable USB memory stick.

Built-In Player: (HDMI mode): Images and videos that have already been recorded are stored on the camera's SD card. You can browse through them and have them played back by the camera on the monitor - without a PC!
