HDMI Microscope Set HDM-1SL

The HDM-1SL HDMI microscope set is an extremely compact solution for optical inspection of workpieces in quality control. This solution does not require a PC but only a monitor with an HDMI input. Even if you don’t use a PC you can save your images on the microscope on the supplied removable micro SD card.

Sensor : A 3 mega pixel sensor ensures sufficiently high resolution and in full screen mode

Video Signal : a 1080p signal at 30 fps at 600 Lux enables fully liquid image in full screen mode

Magnification Range : Manually adjustable between 10x-220x depending on the working distance

Exposure : Six white LEDs for lighting. The intensity of the microscope LEDs can be adjusted at the microscope by a rotating wheel. You can also turn off the microscope LEDs completely, if you want to use the external lighting (e.g. for “side lighting”). The exposure time of the sensor is adjusted automatically during operation by the camera - on the on-screen menu you can, adjust various exposure levels.

Recording / Playback : The picture is taken by pressing a button - the Record button is located on the side of the microscope. An 8 GB micro SD removable card is part of the product, where the recordings are stored. Recordings can be played directly in the Playback mode from the microscope to the monitor - a slide show is supported

Time Lapse Recording: This function allows you to set the on-screen menu, the camera will take a series of shots each x y time units to document changes in the sample during the period. With a separately optional software module you can create from these image series animations (e.g. in animated GIF format) which show the changes of your specimen through the time.

Sample captures: The following images have been captured with the HDM-1, in the pictures displayed below the resolution was reduced in width to 500 pixels.

USB mode as an Alternative: The camera can be connected directly to an HDMI monitor or alternatively to a PC (via the USB port). In both modes, the camera offers sufficiently high refresh rate to track microscopic movements and capture.
